Streamline is pleased to announce the Plein-Air Painters of America Series, featuring videos from many of the organization’s signature members with the intention of helping painters around the world improve their skills as outdoor painters. The Plein-Air Painters of America (PAPA) is the premier organization in the plein air world, known for setting high standards for its members. Streamline will be releasing a series of instructional DVDs by various PAPA members over the course of the coming years.
